Where We Started
We opened our first sports card store in November of 1992. Within a couple of years, we added a mail order division to our retail
operation and started doing business across the USA. Shortly thereafter, in early 1994, the boom in collectible card games enabled us to grow
our mail order operation and establish a strong presence in the hot new collectible card game industry. By the middle of 1997, our mail order division had grown to be so popular that we opened the first 2,500 square-foot retail super store in the Los Angeles area dedicated to bringing the largest selection of sports trading cards and collectible card games under one roof.
We started selling
online in August 1995, with a mission to expose our unparalleled selection of sports cards and collectible card games to other countries as well as collectors in the USA! Through the next several years, we experienced incredible growth in online sales and built
a loyal base of repeat customers that is still going strong today. Since our introduction to the world-wide-web in August of 1995, we have done many changes to our website and have continually
improved its performance, functionality and ease-of-use.
